At KILRR, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items or a full replacement for any goods received in a damaged state. Due to the perishable nature of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on opened food items unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened products in their original shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once our facility inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
